At E Fitness, Erin runs range of fitness classes to suit everyone from Pilates to Power Circuits, Kickboxing to Gentle Exercise.

Erin offers both one on one and group Personal Training sessions, and the length of your session can range between 30, 45 & 60 minutes. Erin always mixes up her sessions so you never get bored! And Erin will work with you towards your personal goals and needs.

ERIN YARWOOD – PERSONAL TRAINER

Erin is a local from way back, having spent her younger years growing up in Cooroy.

These days she resides in the hills of Kin Kin with her beautiful family and menagerie of pets, and runs her personalised studio, E Fitness, in the heart of Pomona. She absolutely loves her ‘job’ to pieces!

Erin is a qualified Personal Trainer, having over 18 years’ experience in the field, and offers both Personal Training sessions and Group Fitness classes at her vibrant studio in Pomona.

Over the years Erin has worked in almost all the gyms in Cooroy & Noosa and spent a year overseas working as a Fitness Professional in Dubai. She also worked with Physiotherapists as a rehab assistant for over 4 years at Eden Rehab in Cooroy.

Known for many years by a vast range of people as The Smiling Assassin, Erin is sure to give you an awesome workout to help you achieve the results you are after. Whether you are after one-on-one personal training, small group (up to 6) personal training, or the many different fitness classes she offers each day. Erin caters for all levels, ages and walks of life.

She loves the energy that is created at E Fitness, due to the amazing people who come through the doors each day and the amazing feel that the special old hall holds. And trusts that you will feel right at home the minute you walk in.
